Weekly Yoga practice in the park of Cinquantenaire
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday
during the month of August
It's an organic style of Yoga incorporating flowing movements and steady postures from a combination of traditions. There are elements of Ashtanga Vinyasa, focus on the strong detoxifying breath, easy Flow, steady Hatha and restorative Yin with the drop of meditative Satyananda yoga - ending with Yoga Nidra - guiding you into a state of conscious deep relaxation. This is what makes these classes achievable for all ages and fitness levels.
If you have any injury please let me know before the practice.
During the yoga practice I encourage you to observe your strengths and limitations and to work wisely within them. Your body is your responsibility, and the pain is not yoga.
Enjoy the benefits of yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation in a comfortable and non-competitive atmosphere. Hand on yoga adjustments to guide you into the correct yoga posture alignment.

Dress comfortably, bring your own yoga mat or a beach towel, open mind, a smile and bottle of water.
The price is donation based.
Sunday mornings starting with Pranayama at 09:45 and with Asana from 10:00 till 11:15 then Yoga Nidra - deep guided conscious relaxation till 11:30'ish...
Starting the 30th of July till 31st of August - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 12:00-13:00
Tuesday 18:00-19:30 - (with weather permission)
If a class is cancelled, I will announce cancellation on Saturday evening.
Meeting point it's 100 meters north from the park fountain.
