Weekday Let's Yoga In The Park classes will start on Monday the 30th of July! No classes from the 21st PM till 28th of July included!

Let's Yoga In The Park - an organic style of Yoga incorporating flowing movements and steady postures in a combination of the traditions, ending with Yoga Nidra. Classes are for all levels practitioners, (with weather permission). The timing for the weekday park classes could be adjusted and feel free to join when you can, even if you are late 15min ;-) And feel free to leave when you wish just with the 5 min of relaxation in Shavasana at the end of your practice please. Hatha yoga/beginners - classes @ Let's Yoga & Shiatsu Brussels - rue des Tongres 9, 1040 Etterbeek, Merode. Yin/Yang/restorative - after warm up you'll hold long stretching poses for 3-5 min to stress your connective tissues. Private/Reflexology - one to one yoga coaching - private or shared semi/private with your friend, finding yourself experience, Feet reflexology massage. Bookings only! Please contact me first.
