Yoga Classes Schedule
Easy Morning Flow
- preparing your body, mind and spirit to be your best self for the whole day, and even more.
Yin/Yang
- after warm up you'll open your hips by holding some poses for few min. to stress your connective tissues.
Yin
- purely long stretching poses where some discomfort is welcome. Here we work with bones, ligaments, joints and facial network as well. Maximum about 10 poses.
Restorative
- is very gentle practice that does not try to stress the tissues deeply and you are not leaving your comfort zone. A meditative practice that uses props like blocks, straps, sandbags, bolsters to encourage the passive release of mind and body tension.
Beginners NEW!
- practice for total beginners and those who want to strengthen the basic knowledge.
Vinyasa Flow (Intermediate)
- a union of your body, mind and your spirit… linking movement with the breath… a meditation in motion… the flow of the energy. The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement,” in other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance.
Power Flow
- Core Yoga - includes your abs obliques, muscles in your hips, thighs, and the muscles that run up and down your back. You want to see your body changing? Practice, practice, practice and breath, I'm here to help you.
Private Yoga practice/Feet Reflexology/AromaTouch Massage with doTERRA essential oils
- one2one yoga coaching - private or shared semi/private with your friends, finding yourself experience, Feet reflexology massage or AromaTouch technique. Bookings only! Please contact me first.
Friends & family yoga - NEW!
Friends and family members practicing yoga in a small group of participants. Bring your partner and maybe your kids to discover the world of yoga and let Big go and do your yoga routine at least for yourself! Your partner and kids will finally repeat what you do - yoga!
