Vinyasa - “breath-synchronized movement” in other words, I'll instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhales with Ujjayi breath. For all levels. Back to the basics/beginners - suitable to start yoga with 5-6 sessions to get to know Sun salutation sequence and breathing. Flow Intermediate - faster pace sequences with more challenges and focus for advanced practitioners. Yin/restorative - after warm up you'll hold long stretching poses for 3-5 min to stress your connective tissues. Bro-yoga - yoga for men only cause we have different body so there is different challenges then ladies. Iron Woman - yoga for women only, well you imagine the story yourself - 'a la Darius qua' : work, work, work, ... and feel the Post-effects during eh well depends of how much and how long did you have been working ;-) we work on all what the ladies needs: legs, bums, abdominal belt, shoulders, stamina, ... to make you ready for better you ;-) Workshop - once a month 2,5 hours Yoga practice with different focus and a long Yoga Nidra at the end :-)
