If you are beginner or more advanced yoga practitioner and wish to deepen your knowledge with the science of the breath - Pranayama, with the yoga poses - Asana, creating breath-synchronized movement - Flow and finishing with Yoga Nidra - guided conscious deep relaxation and meditation then this workshop is for you :-)
In the program will be: Pranayama, Asana, Yoga Nidra and meditation.
Yoga breathing or Pranayama consists of series of exercises especially intended to meet the body's needs and keep it in vibrant health.
Ideally, this practice of opening up the inner life force is not merely to take healthy deep breaths. It is intended for yoga practitioners to help and prepare them in their meditation process. Absorbing prana through breath control links our body, mind, and spirit. Pranayama leads to spiritual journey through a relaxed body and mind.
We'll practice step by step Sun Salutations and other classical Flow yoga poses linked with the conscious breathing.

For general guidance on how to prepare yourself for the work-shop:
- Make sure you attend the workshop on a fairly empty stomach. Give yourself ample digestion time after eating, at least 1.5-2 hours, and also eat something light.
- Please bring your own mat if you have one (if you haven’t got one, we arrange one for you). A small bottle of water, a towel, and something warm like a light shawl/blanket/sweater (to keep you warm during meditation, final relaxation).
