So you think you can balance? :-)
Whether standing on the feet, hands, head or any other part of the body, balance can be one of the most challenging aspects of practice.
In this workshop, you will learn methods of finding balance in an unstable world. You will find many parallels between the techniques used for physically balancing in the body and in finding balance in life.
This 2 and 1/2 hours workshop will be pursuits of balance in an array of asanas. We will try to convey complex ideas in a simple, fun and practical way. You will have a blast while learning a variety of techniques and variations. Regardless of what type of yoga you do, there is sure to be a wealth of knowledge gained from this class that can be applied on the mat and also in life.
Whether you have been playing around Bakasana (Crow Pose) or want to learn how to float into an inversion, there will be something for you! Some inversions will be incorporated in a playful style.
