Practice will help you regain youthfulness, improve libido, reduce unneeded weight, repair or manage injuries to your body, and improve your balance, flexibility and muscle tone as well as developing awareness, peace and focus of mind. You don’t need these things to begin, because these are the things you get through developing a personal yoga practice.

Listen to your body, pushing yourself beyond comfort is not part of any yoga practice. Pain is not a yoga. Remember, yoga is not a competition - instead it is a practice.
Find comfort, ease & stability in your practice. struggling & straining are not part of the practice. It is always O.k. to pause. Take a child's pose and rest at any level if that is what your body asking for.
Please stay at home & drink loads of tea if you have any contagious condition.
Please be on time. If you do arrive late, please wait until chanting Om is over & enter the room as silently & respectfully as possible, so as not to disturb the calm being cultivated for you & your fellow students.
No yogis will be admitted 15 minutes after a class begins. This insures all students experience an appropriate warm up & minimizes class disruptions.
If a student arrives late, be gracious & make some space!
