Yoga Flow workshop is appropriate for students new to yoga and for more experienced students wishing to deepen their understanding of the subtleties of alignment within the practice.
warm up, Moon & Sun Salutations, standing postures, basic seated postures and twists from the Primary series, appropriate variations are included.
at the end Yoga Nidra - guiding you into a state of conscious deep relaxation.
Do-In/self-Shiatsu - there’s nothing more relaxing and beneficial to your health than a well performed Shiatsu treatment delivered by a skilled Shiatsupractor, but did you know that it is possible to do a Shiatsu treatment on yourself!
